What is XP?
XP stands for Experience Points. You earn XP by playing and doing things in SmallWorlds.
Having high XP gives you access to more SmallWorlds missions and items, and you earn tokens each time you move up an XP Level!
There are seven different kinds of XP you can earn:
Explorer XP
Earn Explorer XP by:
• Doing Explorer Missions
• Watching YouTube videos on a TV
• Using the Book of Guests
• Using the Desktop PC
• Using the Kiosk
Artist XP
Earn Artist XP by:
• Doing Artist Missions
• Using the Graffiti Canvas
• Using any Flickr Frame, Poster or Mural
• Playing Fastdraw
• Using any Music Player
Gamer XP
Earn Gamer XP by:
• Doing Gamer Missions
• Playing Pool
• Playing Mini-Golf
• Playing Chess
• Playing Chinese Checkers
• Playing Fast-Draw
• Using any game machine
Social XP
Earn Social XP by:
• Doing Social Missions
• Using the Quiz Machine
• Using the Twitter Board
• Using the Guestbook
Arena XP
Earn Arena XP by playing:
• Space Jump Rookie
• Tombstone Rookie
• Magma Core Competitive
• Magma Core Professional
• Space Jump Magic Mayhem
Earn Arena XP to be able to play more advanced Arena Games!
Farmer XP
Earn Farmer XP by growing, cross-pollinating and harvesting plants.
The higher your Farmer XP Level, the more kinds of plants you can grow, cross-pollinate and harvest!
Crafter XP
Earn Crafter XP by crafting items. (Head to World of SmallCraft to learn more about crafting).
The higher your Crafter XP Level, the more items you will be able to craft!
Your XP Progress on the Home Page
If you're still on your way to earning your first 1000xp points, your progress will be displayed under the Avatar Selector on the Home Page.
Don't forget that when you've earned your first 1000xp points, you'll receive 200 Gold!
Once you've earned over 1000XP points, you'll see three sliders in that spot on your Home Page instead.
These show how many XP points you have for your top three XP paths (your three highest XP scores will be displayed).
Daily XP Reward Caps
Some XP paths have a daily cap on rewards to ensure that macros can't be used to gain an unfair advantage. XP is earned for three hours of play in any combination of widgets within a 24 hour period (calculated from midnight to midnight SWT).
Daily XP reward caps are:
• Farming has a daily limit of 1000 XP Points
• Crafting has a daily limit of 1000 XP Points
XP Reward Level Caps
Some XP rewards have an overall cap, as follows:
• Farming is capped at Level 300
• Crafting is capped at Level 200
• All other XP Paths are capped at Level 499
These caps will be lifted in the future, when higher-level features and content have been added.
