The Gardens of Alexandria

Can't afford the price of gas let alone an airline ticket? Then look no further than your own living room.

The Gardens of Alexandria is just another one of many SmallWorlds travel destinations. I ventured there myself for my own personal escape from the real world.

The Gardens are based off of Egypt's Gardens of Alexandria. The creator Gopu One uses inspiration from the real gardens to create this larger than life attraction. The best part is it is free for everyone to view. The garden is located on a walled in island and has over 1000 items so it may take some time to load. It features plants, hot tubs, benches, relaxing music and more.

I spoke with Gopu and he said it took about 12 hours to make. I also asked him what he felt made the island unique and he said, "Well it is the only Island of Rivers I know of completely walled in, only island with a dock, and as far as I know the most items in a space." He also recently added a mission at the Gardens for those who are looking to rack up some extra xp. The island was originally supposed to be his own personal getaway from his crazed stalkers but I am sure glad he opened it up so everyone can see creativity at work.

Gopu has continued to break the boundaries of what we think is possible here on SmallWorlds and amazes us all.
