    My sister "Catherine Goodwealth" had recently bought a $25.00 UGC and tried to enter the code on the $19.99 gold package plus 5000 gold and it told her it was an error.
    So what does she need to do.
    I bought two UGC $25.00 a piece and I entered the codes and it worked so I have no clue what to tell her.

    I emailed payment@smallworlds.com and they did nothing about it I want something done about it because I just lost $25 to sw and I will never buy stuff from sw again if this problem isn't fixed

    Did sw have the $25 option for UGC? I didn't realize that...I used to see only the $20 option,maybe the $10. Every time I about to buy a pre-paid card, I always check if the game accepts the amount or not.

    I bought mine at walmart and that is all they have is $25

    Walmarts near me used to sell UGC cards but now they don't. I bought mine from Kroger, Wallgreens, or CVS. Krogers have both $10 and $20, forgot about other stores though.

    If smallworlds is reading this I would like them to know I am her brother in real life.
    Step brother to be exact, and not only was that her first purchase, but she is not very happy.
    I was adding up all of my receipt totals from smallworlds and it came out to be with me spending $263.15 on packages and VIP, and everything.
    Every cad I purchased was a $25.00 UGC.

    In my opinion noticing smallworlds lately I am very unhappy, myself because everything is glitching, and lagging, and making my experience horrible.
    If this continues and nothing is done for smallworlds to fix it. I will not be spending any more money on ultimate game cards period out of my own allowance of $100.00 a week.
    Also I will not ask anyone to get me anything from smallworlds because of all that.
    I use to really like smallworlds but lately it has drove me nuts.

    My real life brother in real also purchased an UGC $25.00.
    It didn't work either.
    Tomorrow we are going back to walmart to fix the freaking issue.

    Now before we continue to purchase more, all smallworlds issues needs to be fixed.

    If not say goodbye to your biggest fan, and your money!

    Please do not make multiple threads on the same topic. We provided guidance when you first posted, please see my post above. You need to contact UGC using the link provided. Once you have received information from them, feel free to contact the payments team. But you need to contact UGC, they are a payment provider that SmallWorlds utilizes.

    We did contact UGC, and we called walmart, and we emailed support.
    What else are we suppose to do if we don't get a new card?
    That is $50.00 down the drain that we planned on spending on smallworlds?
