What is the Loyalty Challenge?

Each month you can win a new Loyalty Challenge prize, simply by completing four weekly challenges. You'll win the Loyalty Challenge item being offered for the calendar month in which you complete the final challenge.

If you're Citizen Level 5 or higher, you'll also get a Gold payment each time you complete a Weekly Challenge.  Refer below for more details.

What's the Weekly Challenge?

The weekly challenge is to earn six Loyalty Points every day, for three days in a row.

How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

You can earn Loyalty Points by:

• Completing a Featured Mission:  Earns you 6 Points.

• Completing an offer with any one of our offer providers (you can do offers at The Factory or try one of the Offer Machines in any SmallWorlds store): Earns you 6 Points.

• Looking after your pet or pets:  Earns you 1 Loyalty Point for every new Pet Point you have earned.

• Harvesting or successfully cross-pollinating a plant:  Earns you 1 Point.

• Spinning the Spin-to-Win wheel:  Earns you 1 point.

• Playing a Tournament Game:  Points are earned according to your score, as long as the minimum score is met.

How Long Do I Have To Get 6 Points?

You must achieve 6 Loyalty Points within a single SmallWorlds day.  The Day starts at 00:00 SmallWorlds Time (SWT) and ends at 24:00 SWT.  (Click here to find out more about SmallWorlds Time).

You need to do this for three days in a row to complete a weekly challenge.

The first weekly challenge you complete, you'll win 1000 tokens and move up to Emerald level.

The second weekly challenge you complete, you'll win 1500 tokens and move up to Sapphire level.

The third weekly challenge you complete, you'll win 2000 tokens and move up to Ruby level.

The fourth weekly challenge you complete, you'll win 3000 tokens and move up to Diamond level.

As you complete each weekly challenge, you'll see your gems 'fill up' on your Front Page. The Points Markers underneath show how many points you have earned for each day of the week.

What Do I Win?

When you complete the fourth weekly challenge and fill up the Diamond in your gem holder, You'll win the Loyalty Challenge prize being offered for the month in which you have completed that final task.

Like to know more?

Once you've completed a weekly challenge, you won't lose that challenge if you skip a week or if a new month starts. When you complete the Diamond level you get the Loyalty Challenge prize for the current month.

What if I Complete My Loyalty Challenge on a Monday?

When completing their final Loyalty Challenge day on a Monday, players often report the fact that they have to wait for a week to begin the next set of challenges, as follows:

Problem: If you start your first Loyalty Challenge for the week on a Saturday (SWT), you'll need to complete the next two on the Sunday and the Monday respectively. The system will let you complete the third Challenge on the Monday, but will regard you as having rolled over into the next week and you won't be able to start the next Challenge until the following week.

Solution: If you want to avoid this, we recommend that you start your first Loyalty Challenge for any week no later than a Friday (SWT). The gem sets you already completed will still count towards the bigger reward - but this will be the reward for the month in which you complete the fourth Loyalty Challenge.

What Happens Once I've Collected a Set?

There are usually a series of three Loyalty Challenge prizes offered over three consecutive months. To collect all three Loyalty Challenge prizes, you'll need to complete four weekly challenges during each of the months those prizes are offered.

Once you have collected all three Loyalty Challenge prizes in a single series, you will have the opportunity to combobulate those three items into a single, bonus item.

What is the Combobulator?

You can find the Combobulator in the Loyalty Laboratory. The Combobulator takes your three Loyalty Challenge prizes and converts them into a single bonus item (the Loyalty Challenge prizes must be the three different prizes in a single series of items). This process is not reversible! Once combobulated, your bonus item can not be transformed back into the original three prizes. The Combobulator will remove the three Loyalty Challenge prizes from your inventory and replace them with the single bonus item.

Do I Also Get Gold Each Time I Complete a Loyalty Challenge?

Citizens with a Citizen Level of 5 or above receive a Gold Salary for completing Loyalty Challenges.  When you complete a Weekly Loyalty Challenge and receive a new gem, you'll also receive the Gold payment specified below.
