It's been one of those loooong days.
I cooked;
I washed the dishes;
I loaded endless piles of laundry into the washing machine;
I dusted and watered the plants...

And after such a long and exhausting day, all I wanted was a long relaxing bath. Is that too much to ask? I thought not. So I ran a hot bath, added soothing oils, and immersed. Wow, dreamy!

But my daydream didn't last long. Does it ever? I was interrupted by the sound of my little girl crying in her bed. The poor thing was having another nightmare.

I rushed to her side armed with a nice hot chocolate, and decided to tell her the story of the Dream Weaver. Grabbing a book of Native American folk tales from the shelf, the strangest thing happened: I was transported into the tale and became Nokomis, the old woman who saved a spider and gained the knowledge of how to make dream catchers.

What an adventure! I soon found myself in the elusive land of Nawkaw borrowing feathers from eagles, collecting sparkling shells from an ancient lady, gently plucking hairs from wild mustangs. There was no doubt I gained the knowledge of making dream catchers!

It was time to put that knowledge to use. Returning back from the tale to my daughter's bedroom I hung the newly created dream catcher above her bed. 'This dream catcher will protect your dreams, Trinny. Sleep tight, little one.'

The story is beautiful and the interactions are simple enough for everyone to follow, but keep you constantly involved in the story. Try it, you won't regret it. It'll leave you feeling relaxed and happy: a bit like I'm feeling right now!
